Merchant Registration

Good Day Merchant:
The time of year has come again when we all begin to decide which conventions we will attend during the coming year. I wanted to make sure you are aware that MOBICON XI will be May 16, 17 & 18th, 2008 and we have begun registration for the Merchants’ Room. MOBICON is the premier sci-fi / fantasy / anime / gaming convention on the Gulf Coast.
This year our proceeds will again go to the Bay Area Food Bank. Our donation for 2007 was $3,500.00. We look forward to another wonderful donation this year!
You can secure your place for the coming year by registering now. We will put your name on our website for early advertising and will put a link to your site in exchange for ours on your site. In addition, this year we’ve also implemented additional advertising with banner purchases on our website. If you would like to send a tax-deductible donation to our Annual Auction, we would be happy to see that you get a receipt promptly.
Enclosed you will find a Registration Packet and a layout of the Merchant’s Room. Simply make your selection and mail back all the completed forms today to get your first choice of location. Thanks to many of you, we had a highly successful, diverse Merchant Room last year and we look forward to doing it again next year. Please be certain to copy the Registration Form to fill one out for each of the workers assisting you at the convention.
Please note that we are using 6-foot tables this year and the cost of each table/space is only $75.00. There is a new layout for the Merchant Room, and some of the spaces have already been sold.
Check our website regularly for updates on guests and programming. Feel free to contact us if you have any suggestions for entertainment, guests or gaming you would like to see. We look forward to seeing each and every one of you at MOBICON XI.
