All the Cajun seasoning flavor you love without the salt.

  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (to heat preference)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried marjoram
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or spice jar.
  2. Spin in a spice grinder if you prefer a smooth consistency.

Store in an airtight glass container up to six months.
